Holistic Health Coaching takes into account not just what you are eating, but your life as a whole. Relationships, career, exercise, and spirituality all play a role in our relationship with food. Just because not eating meat makes your neighbor feel great, doesn't mean it will have the same affect on you. Practicing bio-individuality allows me to support my clients in making changes that best suit their unique diet and lifestyle needs.
